SECTION 20 -“RETURN POLICY”

Thank you of your support. We hope you are happy with your purchase either in store or online purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact your store manager the day of purchase. We can offer either a trade out of products for equal or lesser value, or partial refund. Please allow our in-house mangers to remedy any problem at the time of purchase. If you ordered online, unfortunately there is no return policy. All sales are final. It is imperative you understand exactly what you want before ordering, please call for in advance if you are need extra attention. We are very happy to help and our highly qualified staff is capable of meeting your needs.

Returns

All returns must be made in person within (7) days of purchase date. All returned items must be in new or non-consumed form. Returns are void if more that 10% of product has been consumed.

Return Process

To return food products, or subscription meals, please first email customer service at info@wholesomegrub.com to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) access number. After receiving a RMA number, you will be promoted to submit your proof of purchase (receipt). Once you have received your approval confirmation, you may then fill out the Return Customer questionnaire. We use this information to provide better support to our guests. Refunds

After receiving approval on your request for refund. we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from day of email, to processes your return or refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear back on your credit card statement. Depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

For cancelled catering orders there will be a 50% charge of the total purchase.

If you are using our mobile application, this information may also include the contract information of anyone you invite to use and/or join our mobile application.

Device information, such as your mobile device ID, Model, and manufacturer, and information about our device, if you access the Site from a mobile device.
