How soon can I get my first order?
You may receive orders sent to your home, business, or health practice within 7 days of your order. All orders need to be in 6 days prior to delivery.
Are my meals fresh or frozen?
Never frozen. All our meals are fresh and ready to eat and can be reheated in a microwave or on a stovetop in less than 5 minutes. For most of our meals (salads are the exception), we recommend reheating your meal on the stovetop for best results, ideally with a cast iron pan and avocado oil spray to keep food from sticking to the pan.
How many people does one feed?
All our meals are intended to be consumed by one person.
How is the food packaged?
Most items are packaged in a leak-proof, microwave-safe BPA plastic container. Which can be recycled when requested for a pickup.

Screenings are available onsite, at a lab or through a physician verification process.
Does this package offer healthy eating Rewards?
The ‘My Rewards’ feature enables employers to reward healthy activities and behaviors through a points-based, online platform. A wellness consultant will partner with the employer and, if applicable, their advisor to develop a culturally-relevant series of healthy activities for employees to complete over a designated period (monthly, quarterly or annually). Points will be accumulated for each activity -– and milestones will be established to earn rewards. Clients can tailor the incentive to suit their culture and budget, with options ranging from cash to PTO days to gift cards.

Your account will be charged weekly for meal and juice subscriptions.
