- This meal can be consumed hot or cold depending on your preference. Two options to choose from depending on your personal preference.
- Warm food in a pan skillet for about 2min or less, or until you reach your desired temperature and texture.
- Warm food in the microwave for 60 sec or less, or until you reach your desired temperature with or without a lid. BPA-free containers.

Use the color indicators from the meal Time Key to help you understand when to eat your meals according to the freshness scale.
- Red: Meals are good for 1-2 days
- Yellow: Meals are good for 3-5 days
- Green: Meals are good for 5-7 days
Each meal is unique and hand-crafted, so therefore, each meal has a different expiration period. Meals are never frozen and are designed to be placed in a clean sterile refrigerated area between 35°- 40°F for optimal freshness.
Delivery
All deliveries are sent to the address provided during the checkout process. You may edit delivery dates, addresses, times, and drop-off notes in your customer account, as well as on your weekly order reminders. You can not change your delivery date 48 hours before the delivery date. You must wait until the following weekly billing cycle to change your delivery.

- Delivery rates do change based on location.
- Average rates per delivery can range from $9 to $15 per drop-off.
- Roadie drivers can deliver to any size company, organization, or residence.
- All orders must be made 5-7 days in advance before the delivery date.
- All weekly deliveries are sent out the same day the food was made.
- Delivery only on Monday.

Recycling
WG is committed to doing our part in reducing waste, and our carbon footprint in the world. Exciting news! Once you have collected 100 meal containers, you can request a pickup, and we will recycle the containers by repurposing, reusing, or recycling, depending on the condition of the containers. Simply place the washed containers staked and boxed. For your efforts, WG wants to reward you with a discount code for $20 off your next purchase.
Transporting your containers:
When transporting your meals around from work, home, gym, or wherever you enjoy your food.
It is important to remember to keep your meals safe from spillage, spoilage, hungry critters, or potential accidents.
Always carry in insulated bags, meals should be stored upright and stacked on each other. Keep food meals in a safe travelin container that is on a sturdy foundation and secure from moving around, this will help protect against meal containers from shifting or moving around.
DO NOT place meals sideways or put in a backpack, they can leak on accident.

Damaged meals
If you received damaged meals, or food ingredients not to your satisfaction. Please take photos and send them to our customer service email so that we may have to opportunity to fix this problem for you ASAP. Photos must be submitted on the day of delivery, call our customer service line for faster response.
Safety
Our kitchens offer products with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, and wheat. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consumers for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies.” However, all food purveyors, providers, and kitchens are in compliance with strict USDA, FDA, OSHA, and TEXAS Department of State Health guidelines.

Storage
DO NOT leave your meals out in warm humid areas or in your car. Place them in refrigeration at all times during storage or travel. Protecting meals from PHF or Spoilage.
Although we are mostly a cash-pay program for meals-as-a-service. Please ask your employer to see if your organization qualifies for benefits reimbursement. We accept most major insurance providers. Depending on the health plan provider, our program may be covered for little to no cost to you.
